The Watchman Campground is also located next to the Zion Visitor Center, and the Zion Canyon shuttle system (Both for Zion Canyon and Springdale). You can also go for a hike on the Pa'Rus Trail and Watchman Trail, both of which begin next to the Zion Canyon Shuttle Pickup.

Camping in Zion at Watchman Campground is probably as close to being on an alien world as I've been. The way the moon comes around the Mountains at night and sunrise hits them in the morning really have to be seen to be believed. Amazing. The campsite was immaculate and fastidiously cared for.

Watchman was gorgeous and quiet despite plenty of campers around us. A doe and her babies nibbled on grass right next to our sight as we relaxed by the fire. And of course you're in Zion which is gorgeous. Helpful 0. Came in with no reservations and was able to share a group site with other random people!
